I appreciate your support and contributions throughout the years and I hope that we can stay connected.

This is not a goodbye and any ACE users who wish to continue using the system for in-house, historical or other purposes should expect the same level of service as in the past.

DUE TO THE UPCOMING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW TRACER SYSTEM NO FURTHER UPDATES TO ACE ARE ANTICIPATED.

The current version of ACE is 2020 B.3.5.1.

SUPPORT:​

If you currently have an annual support and maintenance agreement you are still covered until the expiration date.

It is recommended that you continue support for a period of at least three months.

We are offering renewals of support and maintenance on a three (3) or six (6) month basis and you will be notified when your current support is about to expire.
